Worthless location!!!! Took them 10+ minutes to answer the phone, I asked if I needed an appointment for a wire transfer they said no just come into the teller. Which I did and she said “no you need an appointment.” Even though I saw other people wandering around who worked there, there were only two people meeting with other clients. I waited almost an hour, and then finally left. Don’t waste your time unless you just have a simple transaction to do. I think I’ll find another Bank!
Severe long wait times, no acknowledgement or follow ups avoid this specific branch might as well switch banks if this is a representation of the company. I’ve pretty much had poor customer service at a lot of PNC banks in the dmv area but this one specifically takes the cake. Alain it’s the only branch that is able to do specific things but no one willing to them
By far…THE MOST SLOWEST PNC in the region. I’m not sure exactly what everyone does, but it’s always 7 or 8 employees in the bank and they have one teller open and a line to see the banker. I’m going on 40 mins waiting to see someone while PNC employees walk in and out of the office doors. Pointless. Pick another bank or another location.

I had a disappointing experience at this PNC brunch while trying to unlock my aunt's card, which had been locked by PNC for security reasons. My aunt, a loyal customer for over 14 years, doesn’t speak English, so I accompanied her as a translator. When we arrived, we interacted with a banker whose name started with "Is’’ I'm not sure I will get back with her name if it’s necessarily, and unfortunately, she was very disrespectful and seemed to lack basic banking knowledge.
