I had an extremely positive experience this week dealing with this branch and the people in it. Preston solved the issue that I came into the bank for and he also followed up with me to assure me that the issue was resolved several days later. Also, when I arrived several people came and asked me what I needed, assured me that I would be helped and then one person offered me water while I waited for someone capable of handling my more complicated issue. Worst customer service 😒
Honestly delightful service, walked straight up the cashier, she was polite and helpful and nice when I didn't understand the process. There was one thing she couldnt help me with but she explained how I could get assistance. I was expecting bad service based on the other google reviews so this was a nice surprise!
