Worst customer service 😒
Honestly delightful service, walked straight up the cashier, she was polite and helpful and nice when I didn't understand the process. There was one thing she couldnt help me with but she explained how I could get assistance. I was expecting bad service based on the other google reviews so this was a nice surprise!
Worthless location!!!! Took them 10+ minutes to answer the phone, I asked if I needed an appointment for a wire transfer they said no just come into the teller. Which I did and she said “no you need an appointment.” Even though I saw other people wandering around who worked there, there were only two people meeting with other clients. I waited almost an hour, and then finally left. Don’t waste your time unless you just have a simple transaction to do. I think I’ll find another Bank!
Severe long wait times, no acknowledgement or follow ups avoid this specific branch might as well switch banks if this is a representation of the company. I’ve pretty much had poor customer service at a lot of PNC banks in the dmv area but this one specifically takes the cake. Alain it’s the only branch that is able to do specific things but no one willing to them
By far…THE MOST SLOWEST PNC in the region. I’m not sure exactly what everyone does, but it’s always 7 or 8 employees in the bank and they have one teller open and a line to see the banker. I’m going on 40 mins waiting to see someone while PNC employees walk in and out of the office doors. Pointless. Pick another bank or another location.
