If I could give this branch a zero I would. I came in yesterday to try to get an account for my son who is disabled. I had my baby who is trached on a vent and was in his stroller. They looked at me and said sit down someone will be with you. In October of 2024 I was scammed out of 250 dollars in the middle of the night I called customer service immediately. It was to late. So I went into Vivian Bank and made a dispute they return it back only to take my money again months later. She sent me a letter saying I was responsible for something I didn’t actually do or authorize. So I went in and talk with Vivian again multiple times sent her proof and all only for them. To scam me.
