If I could give this branch a zero I would. I came in yesterday to try to get an account for my son who is disabled. I had my baby who is trached on a vent and was in his stroller. They looked at me and said sit down someone will be with you. In October of 2024 I was scammed out of 250 dollars in the middle of the night I called customer service immediately. It was to late. So I went into Vivian Bank and made a dispute they return it back only to take my money again months later. She sent me a letter saying I was responsible for something I didn’t actually do or authorize. So I went in and talk with Vivian again multiple times sent her proof and all only for them. To scam me. In October 2024, I visited the Arlington branch to open a High-Yield Savings Account with an advertised APY of 4.25%. Despite explicitly requesting this account multiple times to Vivian Dao and Lucy, I was pressured to consider a Money Market Account, which I declined. The banker assured me that a High-Yield Savings Account was opened, provided an account and routing number, and scheduled an unnecessary Money Market advisor appointment. Don't trust this bank and don't trust Vivian Dao. They did not pay us what we were owed in interest and provided no solution or explanation as to why this occurred for over 6 months.
