WARNING LONG POST!!! First I would like to say that I NORMALLY go to the Highlander location, I always have! Today they were having issues and recommended the South Matlock location which is literally 5 mins away. As I walked in I noticed it was empty. All of the associates were in 1 office as if they were in a meeting (about 4 people at 3pm on a FRIDAY). A lady greeted me simply saying "Hello!" This branch is a waste of space. Why would you have a bank with no cash.
This is a bank that doesn't care who you are. They aren't willing to provide the time or resources to give your money to you unless you carry around their special little card
