Do not trust this bank (and especially this location) with your money. Their lack of knowledge and expertise will cost you time and money. The managers are under qualified.
I only been with PNC for a short time, I only have had positive experiences with everyone I collaborated with. I am satisfied with them thus far since being a customer of December 2024! From the time I walked into the branch office someone has greeted me with a smile and took care of what I needed to accomplish!
The customer service is deplorable. Literally switching banks after I was refused by them giving me MY money from MY account due to a signature match? I’ve patroned this bank on multiple occasions and haven’t ever been notified of this. The manager offered no assistance, assurance or resolution. DO NOT BANK HERE!
I would give them zero stars if I could. They continually screw up my account. The mobile banking app is always down. They constantly charge my account with fees. I tried to talk to someone about my account, the manager sat at his desk on the phone while I’m waiting patiently. The girl that worked at the front kept going into the manager's office to tell him I was waiting. He just ignored her. That leads me to believe he was on a personal call.
