I am so upset right now. I went to cash a check and they told me I would have to wait until the next day for it to cleared. I asked them if they had any options for instant access and they told me yes for $9. I leave, go get groceries, and my card is declining. WHY? Because the money was unavailable. I call the location 15mins before close and the girl "put me on hold" for 10mins for the phone to hang up because they are closed. Really playing around with people in this economy??? Like is not a joke.

Ill never bank with such rude people and crappy corporate policies ... a customer of PNC wrote me a check and PNC wants to charge me 2.5% to cash their own check. And just rude overall and especially.

Everyone was nice, I was greeted at the door and they showed me where to go. The teller was nice and patient with me.

This location has the slowest service ever. There’s only one banker available, the ATM is constantly down, and the manager was supposedly “servicing the ATM” instead of assisting inside—where there was a long line of waiting customers. If you’re trying to get in and out quickly, this is definitely not the place to go.
