This location has the slowest service ever. There’s only one banker available, the ATM is constantly down, and the manager was supposedly “servicing the ATM” instead of assisting inside—where there was a long line of waiting customers. If you’re trying to get in and out quickly, this is definitely not the place to go.
Do not trust this bank (and especially this location) with your money. Their lack of knowledge and expertise will cost you time and money. The managers are under qualified.
I only been with PNC for a short time, I only have had positive experiences with everyone I collaborated with. I am satisfied with them thus far since being a customer of December 2024! From the time I walked into the branch office someone has greeted me with a smile and took care of what I needed to accomplish!
