Jean-luc is phenomenal, personable , thoughtful and sincere are all descriptive words I would Use to describe him. PNC is a large national bank that also purchases and absorbs smaller banks. Jean-luc keeps its personal. Good job on PNC for bringing him In, don’t loose him!
