I had been a member of BBVA for 12 years. Never a problem. Since PNC took over, nothing but problems. This branch is the worst. It's like they try to work against you. Different answers each time. Each time you bring something they asked for and now they need something different. Yesterday, I tried to do a simple withdraw and deposit. Should have taken 2 minutes. I told them I was in a hurry. Absolutely horrible customer service. If you are new to the area or want a new bank do not go here. I was trying to cash a $32.00 check I got from my employer that was written from this bank. They made me wait for half and hour while they asked me when I moved here and if I work at the place the check was from. Then asked details about inside the said workplace. All while they both spoke in a different language about me. I thought this was America afterall. They even called the company to see if I worked there.(NOBODY ANSWER... read more
