Very clean, nice customer service
I was able to get great help from a gentleman via telephone named Steve. He was very professional, patient understanding, and knowledgeable. Answering all questions promptly very , smooth thank you
Today, at around 12:00 PM, an unpleasant situation occurred, which can't happen in a bank. I brought money and two checks to deposit into my account and tried to use the drive-thru. I waited for 15 minutes for 3 different Taylors to come out to me through the camera and say, "Your money will be deposited, please give us one moment", and then disappear.
