I have been with PNC Bank since 2016. I joined this bank because of bad customer service from Wells Fargo Bank, Bank of America, and BB&T Banks. I have not had any problems with them or their ATM'S. I am enjoying Upper Marlboro, MD. So far, everyone has been great in customer service, even Military Bases. Wells Fargo compromised my account 3 times in 3 months in a row. Bank of America and BB&T treated me with bad customer service and as if I was the next potential bank robber and Racial Profiling. So far, PNC is the best ban... read more
