It's not just this bank. These tellers are slammed all the time bc PNC in their extreme wisdom, closed down nearly all their branches. The one in Montgomery has a lobby full of employees, none of whom can help with regular old banking stuff. You have to stand at the ATM just outside. PNC has become a joke. Oh, I did have a good experience at the branch in Springdale, I think it was? Once upon a time....
Lazy tellers wouldn't help me 20 minutes before closing
Shameful. Might be the worst customer service I've experienced in a long, long time. Employees are totally useless- no clue what is going on or how to fix anything. Have no answers to anything, talked to 5 different people- still no info, no solution. Please, please - take your banking elsewhere. Anywhere else.
