I forgot the name of the woman in the counter who was pretty & looks like Katie Holmes. She was so nice and friendly to assist me & my husband on cashing the checks & withdrawing cash from our account. Then She noticed my last name on my debit card has not been updated to my Married Last Name. So she had Tommy to assist us on this. Tommy was suppose to be on lunch break but he was so nice to skip his lunch just to help us get a new debit card. And in approx. 15-20 minutes he gets the job done. Only one bank officer long wait to get card printed.
Been sitting here for about 1hr just get a card replaced seems like this could be better.
