I was with Compass and when it changed to PNC, I ended up staying due to Lori being there. She is amazing and has always helped me with anything I need. When she was promoted, Lori continued with her 5 star service! It is refreshing to have someone in banking who is professional and friendly, yet treats you like a valued customer. I will be opening a business account this summer and I will choose PNC in Orange Park.
I forgot the name of the woman in the counter who was pretty & looks like Katie Holmes. She was so nice and friendly to assist me & my husband on cashing the checks & withdrawing cash from our account. Then She noticed my last name on my debit card has not been updated to my Married Last Name. So she had Tommy to assist us on this. Tommy was suppose to be on lunch break but he was so nice to skip his lunch just to help us get a new debit card. And in approx. 15-20 minutes he gets the job done. Nathan, the branch manager, made handling a complicated process doable. He went through all the hoops he could to get it done. He is a champ. Also, the front desk clerk, Michael, made it easy for me to pull out money in such a complicated way. Awesome place. Much thanks from Florida Striders
