This is the worst most racist bank ive ever encountered. I had a check that was a PNC check that came from JTA that they wouldnt cash out. Tommy the manager took one look at me and gave me some lame excuse like they couldnt verify that the check was good. Knowing this is from the biggest transportation company in Jacksonville. It was a work check at that . I will never go to that branch , also we ended our banking with PNC after that day. If this is how youbtreat people , im good . Michael is very Unprofessional he is not willing to help certain customers, he will allow you to stand in the lobby without any assistance
Nathan, the branch manager, made handling a complicated process doable. He went through all the hoops he could to get it done. He is a champ. Also, the front desk clerk, Michael, made it easy for me to pull out money in such a complicated way. Awesome place. Much thanks from Florida Striders
