Absolute idiots! I've been trying to change my phone number of record with them for 5 MONTHS, and each month it remains the same...the old one! I am supposed to receive text alerts for payment due, and I receive nothing, nor do I receive any emails other than the one that says my ACCOUNT IS PAST DUE!!!! How is it they can send that notification, but not a bill? Finally, they have my correct mailing address, but I have yet to receive a paper, mailed billing statement. This is THE WORST BANK to have a Visa card with.

Business response:

PNC takes our customer's concerns very seriously. We will be working privately with our customer to resolve this matter

If I could leave -5 stars I would. My car loan through BBVA has been messed up for the entire 8 months I have had a loan through them, multiple times unauthorized amounts were taken from my bank account through a third party bank to the extent that I had to block BBVA from taking from my accounts and they still try to. **************** gives the run around and will transfer you 30 times without ever getting a single answer. The final straw was when $600 was taken from my bank account and then a month later they claimed I sti... read more

I opened a BBVA account with a $5000 credit limit a couple years ago. Recently, my credit has taken a little hit due to Covid-19 and lack of work. BBVA cut my credit limit to $3500 around April, cut to $1700 this month (after paying my card down to $1500), and stated they are closing my account once I payoff my card. I did just pay my card off once I received my unemployment benefits. It just upsets me that BBVA would do this in these tough times. Be aware of how unsympathetic this company is before you start an account with... read more

I was put in a 3 month forbearance plan with Pnc due to covid 19. They told me it was approved. I got a statement that said I owed a late fee. I called Pnc and spoke to Kathy who told me yes I was in it until July 19th. Now all of the sudden no one knows anything about it and they repossessed my car last night. Now I have no transportation to get to work. I never got anything from Pnc that said they were going to do this. I am waiting for an attorney to contact me. I will never do business with Pnc again. I can’t get in webs... read more

This bank unlawfully initiated an EFT to withdraw my mortgage payment without my authorized consent. My loan was transferred to PNC and I mailed the first payment as instructed on the 1st. Approximately 7 days later my account was debited for an amount that exceed the amount stated on the mortgage statement. When I called to have the issue resolved they indicated that it would take 7 to 10 days to refund the unlawful debit. I am very disappointed in the company and will seek to refinance with another company.

PNC at the Anderson Mounds Mall discriminates against white people. Worst customer service I’ve ever had by teller Erin.

What happened to **** * happened with us as well. Our overdraft was $1.99 on an individual account with plenty of money in the shared account. Took almost 45 days for us to get all our money back. Very disappointing. If you are reading this, I'll say this sincerely: look for an established bank.

We have lived in our home for a year and a half, since we moved in every month we get a piece of mail from PNC addressed to a pseudonym of a former resident. These are not marked as "or current resident", so I do not open them, I can only assume they are bank statements. Every month I mark this mail "Return to Sender" "Addressee Unknown" "No Longer at this Address" and put it back in the mail. Every month those instructions are ignored. I have called PNC "Customer Service" and I have stopped by the local branch with a piece ... read more
