Abigail Sesay the manager refused to help me with a cashiers check. She said there was a discrepancy and wouldn’t explain why and went back to her office. The teller was really helpful and recommended I go to the other PNC down the street where I could bet better service…. What’s the point of that branch manager if she has no customer service skills or ability to help. She basically went and hid in her office after she wouldn’t explain why they can’t create one. I’ve been banking with PNC for over 10 years….
