Dana Gagne was so helpful, her customer service skills are amazing! She communicated timely and answered all of my questions. She really went above and beyond to help with all of my business needs!
Horrible experience. Don't trust this bank. Very dishonest people at the bank locally and at the main PNC number. After the experiences this week I will be closing my account here. If Dana says she will help, or even call back, don't trust her. She will look for any way TO NOT assist you. These people are not there to help you, and certainly couldn't care less about you.
I've been at this location since it was National City. There have been hiccups over the years, but nothing that couldn't be resolved, even though everyone who used to work there is now gone. Never had an issue opening up an account for one of my children to start their banking experience, but today was different. I'm not sure why.
