Horrible experience. Don't trust this bank. Very dishonest people at the bank locally and at the main PNC number. After the experiences this week I will be closing my account here. If Dana says she will help, or even call back, don't trust her. She will look for any way TO NOT assist you. These people are not there to help you, and certainly couldn't care less about you.
I've been at this location since it was National City. There have been hiccups over the years, but nothing that couldn't be resolved, even though everyone who used to work there is now gone. Never had an issue opening up an account for one of my children to start their banking experience, but today was different. I'm not sure why. My online banking was suspended and the number I was given from the website was negative help. No help to the point I was ready to pull my assets and move them to a new bank. I called my hometown bank which has always been good to me, and Ms. Melanie M. was extremely kind, understanding, respectful, and helpful. All traits that were absent from the representatives from the main PNC line. Ms. Melanie M. went above and beyond to help me, and valued my concerns.
