Tried charging me 30 dollars to cash a check. You couldn’t justify that to me in a million years.
The after hours ATM access doesn' work. You can tap, scan or show your phone and doors won't open, so youll have to drive to one of the farther ATM locations. They should look into fixing this issue so customers can have a close ATM location.
Do not bank with PNC. They make everything needlessly difficult, have insane annual fees, and horrendous benefits. They tried to keep my money from me unless I enrolled and wouldn’t allow me to close my account. Insanely bad customer service.
Years upon years with first bank. These guys lost my business in less than 24 hours. Worst customer service I've received anywhere.
