This is the worst branch ever. I was trying to open an account. I went to the bank with all my documents. The branch manager reviewed them, told me he is going to send them to the back office and that he will get back to me in a day or two. I waited one week, and I called to follow up. The bank manager Angel Mambo was rude and disorganize. Different people treat you different in this bank. Ive been a custumer of pnc bank for over 20 years, this bank never again. I went to another pnc bank and got help with no help.
I've been thinking about using this bank, but thanks to the horrible reviews I've changed my mind.
I love this branch , their service is second to none. It’s not my home branch but I go out of my way to come here , my banker , Manuel, always takes amazing care of me and gets me in and out in a timely manner. Best PNC branch in Jersey that I’ve experienced
Yesterday, I attempted an ATM withdrawal, and the machine failed to return my card. Upon contacting them today, I spoke with Manuel to arrange for card retrieval. Upon my visit, I was informed that my debit card had been shredded. This outcome is unsatisfactory and warrants further investigation.
