I've always had pleasant and professional interactions with everyone at this branch yesterday I had a great experience in replacing my debit card with Chelsea, who was highly professional and courteous
This is the worst branch ever. I was trying to open an account. I went to the bank with all my documents. The branch manager reviewed them, told me he is going to send them to the back office and that he will get back to me in a day or two. I waited one week, and I called to follow up. Someone other than the branch manager answered the phone and I explained everything to the person. She took my name and phone number, told me the branch manager will call back. No call back. The bank manager Angel Mambo was rude and disorganize. Different people treat you different in this bank. Ive been a custumer of pnc bank for over 20 years, this bank never again. I went to another pnc bank and got help with no help.
I've been thinking about using this bank, but thanks to the horrible reviews I've changed my mind.
