Gets crowded on occasion but the staff does its best to provide excellent customer service , great attitudes, and willing to answer any and all questions, love the diversity…five stars
Everytime I come to this branch, they have 1 teller working. Waiting for my turn and it’s been more than 30 minutes of waiting
extremely unprofessional! one teller was helpful and her name was Armani the other teller showed and made sounds that she clearly had an attitude. Then I explained exactly what the issue was and what department I needed to a worker named Abel then he continued to come out and try to solve a problem I know he couldn’t solve and he clearly didn’t know what he was talking about after 5 minutes of wasting my time I then requested a manager he spoke to him about 3 minutes then proceeded to lie to say he was in a meeting when in f... read more
