They simply didn't want to help me.
While they have polite and friendly staff the bank at this location and in general doesn’t seem to know its own policies and procedures. It’s converting to be digital bank but seems unable to conduct ordinary bank business through digital means. If and when we can sever our relationship with them we absolutely will.

Absolutely horrible experience with this branch in buckhead For cashing a $25 check they made me wait for over 30 minutes and keep asking for different items Will change bank soon
