From a business account holder….avoid! Ever since PNC acquired BBVA….the service has gotten worse and they did not follow the same conductions when your BBVA account was opened nor were the updated conditions communicated. Plus no Plaid….step int the 21st century.
Opened Spend/Saving/Growth combo account today. Made appointment online, very simple. Alex is a very good personal banker. Clearly explained all the options, differences, fees etc. Provided info in an easy to understand format. Definitely would recommend Alex and PNC! Especially this location for its Saturday full service hours! Thanks
