Don't use the drive through teller. First of all, it's an extremely inefficient process. The person who first waits on you is not a teller. So you have to explain everything to them and then hand it over to a teller. In my particular case, I had a withdrawal that I needed to make comprised of specific bills. The woman who took my request asked me to write it on the withdrawal slip, which I did. And then she handed over to a teller. It took three attempts to get my request correct. I went into the branch to acquire a specific deposit receipt for the business I operate. The teller, a middle aged gentleman named Stephen proceeded to hand me a stack of deposit tickets ranging back to dates well before I assumed a leadership role at this company. He then proceeded to go on a tirade, scolding me about an improperly submitted deposit made well before I ever worked for this company.
