Don't use the drive through teller. First of all, it's an extremely inefficient process. The person who first waits on you is not a teller. So you have to explain everything to them and then hand it over to a teller. In my particular case, I had a withdrawal that I needed to make comprised of specific bills. The woman who took my request asked me to write it on the withdrawal slip, which I did. And then she handed over to a teller. It took three attempts to get my request correct. I have several accounts here but they won’t even let me cash a $200 paycheck. And no they are not overdrawn accounts. F
I went into the branch to acquire a specific deposit receipt for the business I operate. The teller, a middle aged gentleman named Stephen proceeded to hand me a stack of deposit tickets ranging back to dates well before I assumed a leadership role at this company. He then proceeded to go on a tirade, scolding me about an improperly submitted deposit made well before I ever worked for this company. The manager Dianne is extremely rude and condescending. From the start, her tone was immediately not one you should have in customer service. She was not helpful and it was overall a very bad experience with her.
