Very polite and friendly atmosphere all around.
I used to be a PNC customer years ago and decided to go another route. I recently went into this branch inquiring about some information and was assisted by Taisha. What an absolute pleasure it was to work with her. She is the definition of customer service. If more associates were like Taisha, I would've never left PNC. She seems to genuinely care about people and their needs and that is so hard to find nowadays in any business.
There are seven people in line at this location and one employee. Sat 11.40am. Waited 20 mins for service. Not ok.
I’ve been banking at PNC Bank in Clark NJ location for many years and was totally racially discriminated against by employee Teller Hugo Tlatelpa , I came into the bank in my work uniform which has my entire name on it and I guess the amount of money I was taking out was too high , so after giving him my withdrawal slip and my motor vehicle drivers license and my debit card .
