This bank at this area is the worst for customer service. They have 2 people in the Bank but only do loans or services other than depositing your checks and money. I was told that you have to use the ATM machine to make deposits. In the meantime there are 2 people standing around doing NOTHING. Waiting for some people to make loans. This is the first bank I’ve been to with no tellers. There’s a receptionist that tells you to go to a “Video ATM” where you have to wait to speak to someone remotely via a webcam in a call center. I got what needed to be done but it felt very cold and dystopian. No tellers at a bank???
