I tried to make a withdraw and was told the person who has the ATM code to make a withdraw was at lunch. Really? This one takes the prize! This is the fifth issue I've had with this bank. Life is too short to struggle with the simple things that other banks do very well.
Very thorough and friendly
Tamala soboyejo was fantastic, she gave assistance when needed at the atm, then helped with a new atm card. Love the fact she was able to cut card on site. Very friendly and talkative. Thanks for your help Tamala. Keep up the great work.
