I had a very disappointing experience with Marie, one of the tellers at this PNC Bank location. From the moment I approached the counter, she came across as unfriendly and unprofessional. Her attitude made me feel like I was an inconvenience rather than a customer. The service was also extremely slow, and there was very little communication about what was causing the delay. Absolute HORRENDOUS customer service. PNC incorrectly asserted that I cashed a check twice and then deducted 4K from my checking account. I went to speak with a consultant who could barely explain the situation to me after I waited on the phone to speak to someone for 40 minutes who had NO IDEA what was going on and suggested I go to a physical branch. I am taking my money elsewhere and banking with someone else. DO NOT BANK WITH PNC THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY.
