Ms. James she took care of me very wonderfully and helped me with all my queries.
Always an unpleasant experience. Given the small waiting area, you would think they would have a sign which would help people step up to queue rather than crowd around the front doors (common sense) Today there was no line but nevertheless became unpleasant when one teller gestured me to come up only for the adjacent teller to cut me off mid deposit request and say “he is closed you have to wait”. I just wanted to deposit some government savings bonds but apparently that is something you need to make an appointment to do now. I called another location asking to do the same thing and they told me to come in on Friday. All of the employees were nice but what is the point of a physical bank location anymore?
I’m quite shocked by the treatment that I received here! This branch used to be great! I have an account with them and I went in yesterday to open a second account joint with my husband. The manager didn’t even greet us and just asked me what we’re here for to which I responded to open a joint account. She sighed!!!! Then asked if we made an appointment. We didn’t! She rolled her eyes and shook her head as if we were an inconvenience and said they don’t have time for us and that we need to make an appointment for another day... read more
