Absolute HORRENDOUS customer service. PNC incorrectly asserted that I cashed a check twice and then deducted 4K from my checking account. I went to speak with a consultant who could barely explain the situation to me after I waited on the phone to speak to someone for 40 minutes who had NO IDEA what was going on and suggested I go to a physical branch. I am taking my money elsewhere and banking with someone else. DO NOT BANK WITH PNC THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY.
Worst bank to have even in Rosenberg,Texas. They can't even exchange bills 100 for ones! The employees there attitude flairs like they are Bad Bunny himself!
