One star not because of quality of this place, but to raise awareness to an issue with one of the accounts that banks here, National Lien LLC, writing fraudulent and Forged checks to take money from my grandmother without her knowledge in 2023-2024
I make an appointment and still wait 40 mins super non professional. I had high hopes for these guys in person now I have to come back and waste more time very disappointed with this establishment. You guys need to do better and hire more staff. It’s ridiculous people have to wait 40 min when I was there on time. Short staff is not an excuse, that just tells me what type of service you guys provide.
