These people dont know banking. Brianna said my deposit would take 10 days. The manager Robert said it would take 5 days. They didnt even know what an RTP was. Well its new technology and a service your company offers so get with the times or re-train yourself. Not every transfer is an old school ACH. I called customer service and they said it was available now, rite away, i said yes thats because i just paid $150 for the instant transfer.
