I had such a great experience with Mr. Devonta! He was incredibly helpful, patient, and professional. I truly appreciate all of his help. There were only 10 minutes left before the bank closed, but he still took the time to notarize all of my documents and make sure everything was taken care of. I’m very grateful for his kindness and excellent customer service. He truly went above and beyond! Employees like Devonta deserve to be recognized and appreciated. Please give this man a raise—he absolutely deserves it! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Amazing place and staff.i came in there to open an account and i was assisted by Evelyn who went above and beyond to not only help me open an account, but took the time to guide me through setting everything up because I never had an bank account and was totally lost . Highly recommend this branch.
Their friendly, but this bank is really useless. They only do cash through ATM. A bank operating a building and they're unable to handle cash,or give cash is actually useless
branch is severely understaffed! New Branch manager has as an attitude every visit when discussing wait times. They languished in the back office for extended times without addressing customers. I will be going to the Melrose park branch for the time being.
