Wow. One of the busiest days. The Monday before Christmas. I walk in with a line to the door and one single teller doing inside and the drive thru! Seriously!? Shame on you PNC for throwing customer service out with the trash. I would give less stars if I could.

Tellers are great but very poorly ran
PNC is the least customer service friendly bank. If you want to have your money stolen by a bank then bank here. I went to the ATM as I was doing my transaction their system went down and the ATM said error, my transaction was canceled. So I went to the inside ATM and got money just to find that it never canceled the first transaction but never gave me the money. I went inside spoke to 2 ladies they knew the system went down and said it should have canceled but the only thing I can do is turn in a dispute. They put it in and... read more
THEY WILL REFUSE TO GIVE YOU YOUR MONEY! Just tried to withdrawal a small amount of cash from my checking account. They denied my withdrawal of a few thousand dollars due to THEM not having enough money on hand to cover the transaction!
