PNC is the least customer service friendly bank. If you want to have your money stolen by a bank then bank here. I went to the ATM as I was doing my transaction their system went down and the ATM said error, my transaction was canceled. So I went to the inside ATM and got money just to find that it never canceled the first transaction but never gave me the money. THEY WILL REFUSE TO GIVE YOU YOUR MONEY! Just tried to withdrawal a small amount of cash from my checking account. They denied my withdrawal of a few thousand dollars due to THEM not having enough money on hand to cover the transaction!
Much better branch than other PNCs in Hendricks county.
Awesome staff
Horrible phone etiquette. After finally answering the phone, they don't respond and then disconnect the call. I called back and the same person (Dede - unsure of spelling) answered and I confirmed she could hear me, proceeded to ignore me and not respond to my question. After the 3rd attempt, they just didn't answer at all.
