Apparently, this "bank" doesn't deal with cash. So if you have to deposit cash or cash a check - you're screwed. The staff was pleasant, but completely worthless, because, again, this "bank" doesn't deal with cash. Not sure why this building is even here.
This bank is terrible to deal with. My mom passed and they are making it so hard to close her accounts, even though I provided ample paperwork. I still can't close one of them 5 months later!! It's such a headache. Do NOT bank here.
This location doesn’t accept cash. Isn’t that the point of a bank? The staff was very polite and helpful in terms of my non-cash related needs.
Cashless— not a bank
I don't know that I would refer to PNC as a bank, it's more like a currency exchange, this location won't let you withdrawal YOUR MONEY unless you provide few weeks notice, they will give you a cashier check (for a $10 dollar fee) they also charge you a fee for, not enough direct deposits and not enough money in the bank, last night I went to sleep with 14.85 in my account, woke up with 7.85, when I looked why I saw I was charged 7 dollars for VR monthly, when I Googled it says it's a fee for not having 500 dollars in my acc... read more
