A couple years ago it was the best bank around. Now I'm sure it's the worst they took away cardless pay on all platforms. You can't call a person. You can only talk to a robot that can literally not do anything to help anyone. All it is is a time disposal of unlimited time can't even buy myself some groceries if I forget my wallet even though all other Banks offer that service. This really isn't a bank. You can't withdraw cash from your own account here. They make you use an ATM....but if you don't have an ATM - you are just screwed. They can't help you with basic banking (i.e. withdrawing cash from your own account). Stay away from this place. Its a headache to try and unwind if you fall in with these people.
Apparently, this "bank" doesn't deal with cash. So if you have to deposit cash or cash a check - you're screwed. The staff was pleasant, but completely worthless, because, again, this "bank" doesn't deal with cash. Not sure why this building is even here.
This bank is terrible to deal with. My mom passed and they are making it so hard to close her accounts, even though I provided ample paperwork. I still can't close one of them 5 months later!! It's such a headache. Do NOT bank here.
This location doesn’t accept cash. Isn’t that the point of a bank? The staff was very polite and helpful in terms of my non-cash related needs.
