Great location, plenty of parking. Was greeted so kindly when we entered the bank. It's very secure. Our teller was very sweet and our advisor Diamond was so efficient and professional!!!!!
PNC back is like having a pre paid debit card. Worst bank ever. They don’t do disputes won’t even allow u to overdraft your account by $1 . This bank sucks completely & they don’t help blk ppl at all . I see why their rating is low! Can’t wait to go to Huntington bank or chase bank.
Best branch ever, the staff at this location (E Jefferson) are top tier. The ladies are very polite, knowledgeable and welcoming to all the customers. They customer service is excellent.
The lady place me on hold came back ask what I was waiting for hung up in mid conversation and then I repeatedly sent to voicemail
