I didn’t even have a bank account yet and they lost my business. Made an appointment to come in and open an account (I’ve had the same small town bank since high school so this switch was needed) and that day I ended up having to go into work so I called to reschedule and waited my entire lunch break with no answer. Rescheduled online for the next day and I called today to just confirm everything was set and NO answer again. I don’t want to bank with a company that can’t even answer the telephone. Here I come CHASE BANK 💗
I am a new customer. I set up a bank account last Saturday. I have now had issues with two things, already. I have called the branch both times and they were unhelpful. Today, they said that I would need to call the Zelle department that is only open M-F. This is the second time that I have needed assistance and they have not been able to help. Why are there physical branch locations and people getting paid to work if they can't actually help. And you have to call a customer service phone number to get any help at all.
They do not take change unless you roll it yourself. I had over $500 in various coins. I have an account, why can't I cash in my change without having a hassle? So dumb
