Girl answer phone and work here is idiot that will give every excuse not to do their job. There system overdraft my account twice she said was system error but said I have to add $60 - they just want me to pay for over draft fee for their system error- but called 800 customer service line and they fixed both right away. Don’t Easter your time calling them they don’t wanna do their job.

If I could give this location zero stars, I wouldn't hesitate for a second. Such a shame for PNC Bank. Customer service is the worst I've ever experienced. I will never go back there. To say more, I was even thinking of changing my bank because of that. Terrible.
