I am a new customer. I set up a bank account last Saturday. I have now had issues with two things, already. I have called the branch both times and they were unhelpful. Today, they said that I would need to call the Zelle department that is only open M-F. This is the second time that I have needed assistance and they have not been able to help. Why are there physical branch locations and people getting paid to work if they can't actually help. And you have to call a customer service phone number to get any help at all.
They do not take change unless you roll it yourself. I had over $500 in various coins. I have an account, why can't I cash in my change without having a hassle? So dumb
I usually don’t give reviews but I loved meeting with the bank teller to open an account. She was so fun to talk to & I felt welcomed! Love the location & staff!
Best customer service! The team is extremely helpful and always goes the extra mile for their customers. Louis, the bank manager, and especially Roxy, go above and beyond to meet and exceed expectations. Truly the best banking experience I’ve had in the Naperville area! Way to go PNC for putting great team. They deserve more than a good bonus!
Girl answer phone and work here is idiot that will give every excuse not to do their job. There system overdraft my account twice she said was system error but said I have to add $60 - they just want me to pay for over draft fee for their system error- but called 800 customer service line and they fixed both right away. Don’t Easter your time calling them they don’t wanna do their job.
