I had a very frustrating experience at this branch today. I made a cash deposit at the ATM around 5:35 PM EST, and the machine malfunctioned—it started glitching and did not process my deposit. When I checked my account, the transaction was not reflected in my balance or transaction history. Concerned about potential overdraft fees and my missing money, I went to the branch for help. Worst bank. Terrible customer service sorry, NO customer service. Made an appointment with Nancy and she was a NO show! Called to figure out what happened and she would not even get on the phone to apologize and send a message through another employee to tell me to call corp. I call corporate and the horrible customer service continues as I was hung up on twice after a 30min wait. Sat in the drive-thru for 9 minutes as the only car and wasn’t acknowledged once. I even pressed the call button after 5 minutes. At 5:01 someone finally came to the window and told me they needed my ID to make a deposit. I explained I didn’t have my wallet with me (otherwise I would’ve just used the ATM) and that I had made a deposit earlier this week without needing ID.
