Had a very positive experience this morning at this branch. Juliet and her associate did an excellent job of helping me aquire a cashier's check and get a new debit card on-site since mine had recently expired.

My experience with Marcus waters was the most unprofessional interaction I have experienced in any banking branch ever. Setting an appointment and ensuring you are upholding a time frame is standard for branch managemnt expectation. He had my daughter, her newborn baby and myself sitting for over an hour for a deaignated time in which he chosre for us to meet with him. Pnc is my bank for over 25 years and I am emabarrased to think this is the representation.
Customer service completely went out the window at this PNC branch. Definitely switching banks ASAP.
