I have been a customer for many years, and in the last year the customer service at this location has gone from 5 stars to 1 star. Very sad!
Worst bank. Terrible customer service sorry, NO customer service. Made an appointment with Nancy and she was a NO show! Called to figure out what happened and she would not even get on the phone to apologize and send a message through another employee to tell me to call corp. I call corporate and the horrible customer service continues as I was hung up on twice after a 30min wait. Welll I was a PNC customer until recently so they have randomly closed my bank account after being with them for several years after one of the bank tellers insisted on me and my mom opening a joint account together so we can transfer money back and forth to each other but no one told me that this would be the beginning of the end. I've been with this bank for over twenty years.The last couple of years at this location has been absolutely atrocious.Tried to get a car loan,nobody would call you back.Try to go to the drive thru and nobody acknowledges you.Customer service is absolutely the worst.
