I call the branch today on southern and central, Darlene answers, she was of no help nor was customer service provided. I tell her the issue and she transfers me to an automated system which I didn't ask for. The way this Bank does business is Horrible! It's bad enough they ran my card twice for the same purchase. It's an awful way to conduct business when the bank double dips on their customers accounts. Then you get No help to retrieve your funds. So the Bank is inconveniencing their customers as well. Came here 9/23 to get a new debit card and was informed I needed an appointment, which I understand. Showed up 5 minutes early for my appointment 9/24 and checked in. I sat here for 30 minutes waiting past my appointment time while the only banker sat there talking about how tall her boyfriend was with a customer here. They're literally just sitting here wasting time and not doing bank business. Whats the point of an appointment if its not going to be honored? Such a waste of my time and terrible customer service. Went in today and the staff and experience was top tier!!! Walked in and the sweetest lady was at the door opening the door for people. Then Maria helped me and she was absolutely amazing! Her customer service and kindness was A plus!!!! I felt like i was in there with family. They weren’t busy and i was able to open an account and get a debit card the same day!!! Definitely recommend this branch!!!!
Crystal, Darlene and Mariah are LIFESAVERS!!! I'm switching one of my accounts to PNC, just because of them and their help today! Thank you
