If I could give you a −1 I would so my daughter and I came in to get new bank accounts because you're right around the corner and guess what? I need an appointment, you know why cuz they don't have no people working there but yet there was 2 people sitting back with no one in their cubbies, and the person that's actually waiting on everybody cause this is no normal bank, something's really wrong there. Staff have always been pleasant. I’ve never had any issues here. The only downside is sometimes there may be a line of people inside and you have to wait a little while longer for service. Drive-thru tellers/ATM may be a quicker option if you’re impatient.
My husband just went here to cash his check and the worst cashier waited on him. She didn’t know what she was doing and asking for all kinds of credentials even though he showed his license. Manager was asked to come three times and took her time coming and when she didn’t finally came after she was just sitting there doing nothing. If you want great service go to the one on Southfield Rd. Will be calling corporate to complain about the manner and the person who was at the teller. So Dix and Eureka don’t go there!
Never had an issue with cashing my check here for 3 years. Today they told me they wouldn't because I didn't have the exact money of the check in my acct. This has never been an issue any other time. Explained this to the Manager woman who greets ppl at the door name started with an S. She was incredibly rude and said " Well if I do this it's not because you are giving me pushback" I was not rude or anything just asked her why they couldnt but her tone was absolutely uncalled for, embarrassing and so unprofessional.
