The teller girl Arisleida who is quite heavy set has 0 EMPATHY. I'm homeless but working and I explained I only have my ID and my social. I was told that's not two forms of ID. I showed my sora card and that wasn't enough either. When I was asked do I have a bank card very rudly when obviously I'm cashing a check from my employer written out to pnc?? The last time that I came here I lost my debit card and was helped from a bank representative who didn’t tell me that I was to be charged a fee. That annoyed me because I’m right there..there should be no lack of communication. Today I walk into an empty branch where there were no customers at all. Chelsea was so knowledgeable and friendly and was able to quickly help me with my problem.
I have been with this bank a little over a year. Every time I check my account I find out something new about PNC Bank, they charge you for everything. I was not aware of the charges because I was never told about the fees when I opened up the account. I'm leaving this bank ASAP. Never go into something without knowledge, surprises are bound to happen.
