The worst PNC ever!!! This branch should closed down!! Customer service is horrible and the ATM machines are always Out of Order!! They don't even deserve a 1. Should take lessons from Kenilworth, Union who are EXCELLENT!
Outside their building is disgusting, to enter the bank, you'll have to step over garbage. I walk pass this bank all week, looking at the same trash bags against the building (full of food waste, dog waste, etc). Only building on the block that looks like that.
This banks ATMs never work. Last 6 xs I have been here never lets you deposit, withdrawal. Horrible that they are not available for emergency.
Worst PNC ever!!!!!!!!!!! I’ve been to a million other branches to withdrawal money and no issues, here they made up a signature rule that my signature is not on file. How if i been here a million times? But if i wanted to deposit money you guys would take it right? Scam artists!!
