If I can give this Pnc bank a 0 I would . I have never in my life I felt so uncomfortable in a bank until today . The lady behind the counter is rude and give off mean girl vibes. . I have been with this bank for years and never meet nobody like her before. I WELL NEVER STEP BACK INTO THIS BANK AGAIN!!!
I would give 0 stars if I could. The women at this bank ganged up on me and wasted a lot of my time with petty mean girl drama and did not allow me to withdraw from my account. As a result I went to another branch on orchard lake road where they not only helped me right away but did not waste my time with petty, useless, drama.
On time delivery of service. Great customer service. Professional staff

They are closed down… I checked google it said there were open.. I made the trip for nothing, wasted time and gas.
