Vicky was the sweetest teller! She was very helpful and informed me of the newest changes regarding making deposits. She made the process very easy!
Happy to take your money, but when they make an error it’s “sorry, we’re unable to reverse the charge we made in error”. I was helped by a lovely lady at the branch, but was not told they were going to reverse the check I just paid for when I tried to use because they didn’t have my signature on file and then charge me to do that. Boy I love how banks just love to stick it to their customers with zero regard.
Customer Service is not a priority here. I just wanted a printout. Definitely not opening up an account here again!
