Spent all day trying to get in contact with the bank and the phones rang out for the entire day and it was not a holiday or anything
I have banked here over 20 years and they have been wonderful. My two daughters are now grown and they both bank at PNC
I have a really difficult time with PNC banking. I can't get anyone on the phone, so I have to constantly go there for a quick question. I will be switching to a local bank, who picks up the phone immediately.
