I have banked here over 20 years and they have been wonderful. My two daughters are now grown and they both bank at PNC
I have a really difficult time with PNC banking. I can't get anyone on the phone, so I have to constantly go there for a quick question. I will be switching to a local bank, who picks up the phone immediately.
That’s a great place friendly staff respectful an understanding
I was told they were the worst bank in town, after 2 months I understand why. Customer retention is not a priority.
