After applying for a HELOC online, I received zero communication from PNC about the status of the application. I called and was told to just wait another week it will go through. In the process of waiting, this PNC branch calls me to check up on everything. I have my mortgage through PNC and this was just a courtesy call to make sure everything was ok.
