I just went to this “bank” to close my accounts and 2 of the 3 employees did not know “how to close accounts” therefore I was assured I would be helped by the manager within “5-10 minutes” I waited close to 30 before having to leave. The pace at which these employees help customers is astounding. They work as if it’s the customers problem and not the banking institution. It’s a miniature bank with incompetence ridden within it

The manager, I think his name was Sean, was extremely helpful. And his staff is always in a great mood and always glad to help. Best PNC experience I've ever had and I've never had a bad one.
Mike is an awesome manager. Always helping out no matter what the issue. The rest of the team is great as well. Lifetime customer.
