I'm so disappointed to get notice that this location is closing in June. It is by far the best PNC customer service in the area. Everyone is friendly and service is always timely. I've opened 3 accounts at this location in the past 3 years (including 2 business account). I've never had a problem, and got all my questions and concerns answered quickly. So sad. Good luck to all employees moving forward.
I went last 2 min and they accepted my work but in North field branch I went 30 min before closing but staff did not want stay after 4:00pm and suggested me to come tommorow or go another branch this branch completed my work same day no matter 4:15pm
It is a very good bank.
