Something really needs to be done about the wait time in the drive thru. Put someone with more experience or have two tellers working the drive thru. No reason to be in line for 35 minutes!! Got to do better!!
The absolute worst branch you can go to. I don’t know what happened to the old employees but, every visit has been 30mins or longer to make a deposit for the last 6months. The line inside is always long and the drive up line is always slower than the inside. Some employees are friendly and some literally have no sense of urgency! There’s always a lady that is sitting at her desk just watching the line pile up and there’s always floating employees that could be actually doing something productive. I really like this location but today I was in the drive through for about 10 minutes before I was even acknowledged. This took place between 12:15pm - 12:25pm. Hopefully it will be different next time.
We got to work with Jonathan to do an auto loan and he was easy and great to work with.
