Great communication skills but it takes entirely too long to make a withdrawal through the drive-thru.
Pnc is the worst bank I've ever used. Keybank and Huntington both have them beat. Not a bank for the people. Be aware to read the accounts policy because they cut no slack if you missed something.
Tiffanie, Brian, and Deontay; honestly the entire staff there demonstrated an enormous amount diligence while taking care of my family’s banking needs! Tiffanie in particular was patient, detailed oriented, and efficient while assisting us through our special banking needs… Tiffanie kept our appointment despite us being not on time, and provided each and every banking customer there with highend CS during our visit.
