Worst bank I’ve ever had to deal with! Ik they discriminate to low income customers Been here three yrs and as soon as I possibly can I WILL be leaving this bank! My daughter had more than 500$ unexplained fee on her checking she had more than 20k in her account and she was immediately reimbursed as for me I had 70$ disappear in my checking of course I’m on a fixed income and they refused to reimburse me! I was super happy with this bank until I woke up to being negative this morning when I had OVER THIRTY DOLLARS YESTERDAY WITH NOTHING PENDING! They do this (hold funds) to shaft you into paying a fee. This is horrid to do to people especially right now!
