Terrible customer service, I have a lot of money with this banking institution between my loans and my savings and more acct's. They would not give me my requested withdrawal today despite my having 2 forms of Gov't ID. Guess what? I will be pulling my entire savings and moving it to Navy Federal next week. Complete waste of my time. They should NOT need more than 2 forms of government issued photo ID. They want you to show them another credit card instead of photo ID. Helen and the team have been great so far.
Zero customer service, long term business and personal account holders, will change banks.
Staff here are excellent, helpful, and incredibly nice. PNC needs to make them managers. The manager here however doesn't want to help at all and just wants to push through to get you out the door. "No we can't do that" with no understanding of the situation and trying to find options. Manager is incredibly unprofessional, uncooperative, and unhelpful. Sure hope I don't have to go back to this location ever again.
Simple...drive up to vacuum tube..place inside the tube your trabsaction..send ..wait for it to be transaction to be completed and sent back to you...done
