Ryan helped me with my loan, and was Extremely friendly and nice!
Unfortunately they have recently closed 2 locations close to me to "better serve their customers" as the sign on the closed locations read. Came here and this branch lobby wasn't open on a Saturday morning. Will be taking my business elsewhere
This location is just about the worst. I walked in at 430 a few weeks ago and they wouldn’t t help me because they close at 5. Jake recommended I go to the next location as they’re open until 6. 30 minutes seemed like plenty of time to make a deposit. I called in yesterday to discuss my debit card not working and another man didn’t catch the name answered and immediately started dismissing my question. I would never go back to this location. They have terrible customer service
Bobby R has been absolutely amazing! He was so patient and diligent while working through some fraud concerns with my account. He’s such a good soul! Thank you Bobby!!!
