After my Dad's passing I was advised to take him off the acct & make me the primary. I was advised it would take 5-10 biz day to obtain a debit card. I asked they call me so I can come in to pick the debit card up since time was of the essence to pay my Dad's bills. A wk later I went in person to pick up debit card. I ended up waiting 45 mins just to speak to a manager. They advise the account was in limbo waiting for upper management to sign off on it. Great customer service. It was extremely busy and each associate came up to ask if they could assist and everyone was more than helpful!
What kind of bank keeps running out of money all the time to where no one can take anything out and also the drive up ATM is constantly out of order. Sure. There's another one by Walmart but you can only take up to $800 out of there for some stupid reason. You know maybe people have bills they need to pay that cost more than $800 they need to take cash out for.
Don’t use the drive up windows. Second time Iv waited 20 minutes for help.
