Large branch with limited staff. Estimated wait is an hour to get someone to help me with a card that was blocked because they said there was unauthorized transactions. Its a large branch in a busy location. Why not staff it accordingly? I feel bad for the people that bank here and thr employees that are likely overworked. I cannot say they had bad attitudes but seemed like they knew they are not properly empowered to help someone.
This bank has been horrible with customer service for years. I went in today because my debit card expires at the end of this month. The lady asked for my name and told me to take a seat and wait for the next available person. She was not friendly. Someone walked in 10 minutes after me and was told to sit and wait for the next person also. A few minutes later a man comes to ask the lady who came in ten minutes after me if she had been helped. “Frosty” has terrible customer service.
Went in to open Checking account they couldn’t be bothered to help and acted like it was a pain to even be talking to me.
