Two thumbs up like always. Lindsay who helped me was absolutely delightful and had me in and out in no time with a big smile. This is my favorite PNC branch!
Stopped in while visiting another business I had in the area and asked to make withdrawal of a small amount for a little repair job I had to do. I was served by the assistant manager who goes by Rachael who she made every excuse not to serve me like claiming the business is in Baltimore and not in Westminster! Or because my Id was “New York” when it’s not I don’t even know why she would say that if she has my Id in her hand lol Makes no sense I had my account number 2 forms of Id and I was still denied I today have opened a ... read more
Every time I come the teller is rude and offers no help.. always seem to be upset I walked in.
We worked with Russell he was nice and got us everything we needed we other great ideas Thank you Russell
