This has to be the worst bank to direct deposit your paycheck with. Maybe I'm a bit impatient but no one wants to wake up the morning of payday and still not have received your direct deposit. That's just unacceptable. No early pay option at all. How is it possible for an actual bank to be more of a disappointment than cash app. At least with cash app I would get my direct deposit in a timely manner. Rudest group of bitter women you'll ever encounter. They all need to be let go. Nasty
My only banking experience has been with credit unions so I was honestly nervous moving to a national bank, but boy was I wrong! The staff are friendly and very helpful. Checks go through quick in person, not sure about online as I haven’t tried that feature yet. This bank truly cares about their customers and makes me feel secure using their services.
