My only banking experience has been with credit unions so I was honestly nervous moving to a national bank, but boy was I wrong! The staff are friendly and very helpful. Checks go through quick in person, not sure about online as I haven’t tried that feature yet. This bank truly cares about their customers and makes me feel secure using their services.
Went to open an account and account was approved but banker at branch told me my account was denied when in fact it was not. I received a welcome letter which prompted me to reach out to corporate for more information after being told a denial letter would be arriving. Never was denied....... Do not trust these people at this location
