I went to the PNC branch in Wixom Michigan on Saturday at 1:30 pm. The lady in the office told me that she couldn't open a new account in 20 mintues and I had to make an appointment with her on the following week. However, I only took 5 minutes to open an account in the PNC online. It is so easy and no problem at all. The branch needs to improve its customer services.

Awful customer service! I was assisting a client with her account (language barrier) I requested a simple task from the teller that I’ve done at my personal bank (Genisys credit union) a ton of times. She refused to help and instead transferred my client to customer service hotline which everyone knows is a pain with waiting/getting assistance. She easily could have assisted us personally.
