Went in for some help moving an account and was told a banker could not see me until Thursday (today is a Tuesday). The only reason I am not giving it a one star is the teller helped me locate another PNC Bank to help me the same day. The other PNC location I went to was surprised someone was not able to help me onsite at this branch
5/5 Made a visit to this branch last Friday and the only reason why I'm leaving a review is bc Chris was phenomenal! In the past, my experiences here haven't been positive so please continue to hire kind, knowledgeable, and personable people like Chris. My withdrawal was handled with extreme care and it's much appreciated.
I’ve been going to this branch for over ten years and the people there are great.
I have four different accounts with PNC and I had a few questions about one of them on 3/26/2024 and the customer service representative didn't know how to help me with a simple question like a change of password in spite of the fact that when I called the customer service line I was advised to walk into a branch. Would not recommend to anybody. I am considering moving my business to a different bank. Worst service ever!
