I was scammed out of almost 400 dollars. I asked one of the staff there if I should dispute and they said if I had snapshots and stuff that I should. I spent probably 30 hrs drafting each dispute, with screenshots, recordings, etc. PNC denied all 3 disputes even with all the evidence I provided to them. I'm looking into a Credit Union now.
Went in for some help moving an account and was told a banker could not see me until Thursday (today is a Tuesday). The only reason I am not giving it a one star is the teller helped me locate another PNC Bank to help me the same day. The other PNC location I went to was surprised someone was not able to help me onsite at this branch
5/5 Made a visit to this branch last Friday and the only reason why I'm leaving a review is bc Chris was phenomenal! In the past, my experiences here haven't been positive so please continue to hire kind, knowledgeable, and personable people like Chris. My withdrawal was handled with extreme care and it's much appreciated.
I’ve been going to this branch for over ten years and the people there are great.
