Awful customer service! I was assisting a client with her account (language barrier) I requested a simple task from the teller that I’ve done at my personal bank (Genisys credit union) a ton of times. She refused to help and instead transferred my client to customer service hotline which everyone knows is a pain with waiting/getting assistance. She easily could have assisted us personally. This Pnc was wonderful , the customer service was excellent. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. They were able to support me with my accounts. Highly recommend this location for your banking needs.
This review is not for this branch specifically, but it's for PNC in general. I changed my address with them 3 years ago but they still sent my car eleteonic title to the state where I no longer live in any more. I called to request about this issue and like always, the representative said they couldn't do anything about it. Very helpful!
