I've only had to visit this branch a few times. Both times Katie helped me and she is always very welcoming, professional, and kind. On my most recent, visit Hassan also helped me work through some changes to my accounts and he was also very helpful and made the process simple. I don't understand the negative reviews on this branch, maybe it has improved since those were posted.
My employer normally does direct deposit, but there was a problem with their system so this time around they issued manual checks. I went to cash my PNC paycheck at PNC and beside being very RUDE, showing any kind of MANNERS or RESPECT, actually the bank teller WAS VERY DISRESPECTFUL, AGGRESSIVE and INSULTING. The branch manager WAS EVEN WORST. This is the Pinellas Park branch. The Top it off they CHARGED $ ,22.00 TO CASH THEIR CHECK DO YOURSELF A FAVOR, DO NOT BANK @ PNC BANK !
This is the Worst bank, and the Pinellas Park is the worst branch
Waited 30 minutes to be helped, only 1 man in front of me spent the whole time talking with the only employee
The staff are always friendly and welcoming. I love this location.
