This place has gone downhill tremendously in the last few years, the customer service is horrible at best. We have been with pnc for many years, but it is getting unbearable.
This place is awesome every time I go there! I’m not sure what the gentleman’s name was that greeted me at the door but his energy was positive and bubbly and contagious which is just the kind of interaction you want from people. I opened a second account quickly and seamlessly and they even printed me a new debit card so I wouldn’t have to wait for the one. They also gave me this cute little piggy bank and free bottle of water as well. Very good experience and very happy with this branch. ☺️
Never going to a PNC Bank before, this location has wonderful staff. Every member I talked to was very welcoming and kind. I had an appointment with Stefan, and while my reason for coming in didn’t need his assistance—he lead me to the teller. Katie was sooooo sweet and a breath of fresh air. Mama bear Tiffany was beside her assisting, offering great advice and a warm energy. All wonderful individuals, thank you guys.
Teller was busy chitchatting and making mistakes while there was a line. I'll be going to the one on 38th Ave from now on. Nice ATM though! Very prompt.
This branch is ridiculous. If you need anything don't come here the ATMs are always down and then when they are working they are so very slow it's pathetic.
