I’ve been making weekly deposits at this PNC branch for nearly four years, and I can’t say enough good things about the team here. The staff always greet me with a smile, are kind and helpful, and often go out of their way—even opening the door when I come and go. Their professionalism and friendliness make every visit a positive experience. I would highly recommend this PNC location to anyone.
Incompetent bankers and management. This branch needs to be shut down.
ATM ate all my money, did not deposit it into my account & shut down afterwards and the 1-800 number on the atm and pnc bank door literally told me they have no idea who has access to the camera above the ATM.. excuse me? That’s my only proof as nothing deposited into my account!!! Hopefully the bank it self can help me get money back because this is my car payment. Highly disappointed!
Eleazer does a great job managing the staffs and clients. Everyone at this branch does a great job and I'm glad to bank here.
This place has gone downhill tremendously in the last few years, the customer service is horrible at best. We have been with pnc for many years, but it is getting unbearable.
