Awful! They want to know what your want your own money for. I walked in to fill out a withdrawal slip. A female employee stood next to me the entire time I filled it out and watched it so closely that she was able to correct me on writing the wrong date. Ive been debating changing institutions and today made this decision for me.
Previous manager was a huge problem getting anything done. We had to go to a different branch to set up our trust. The drive through line takes forever. The turnover is huge. I’m hoping things will stabilize and the new branch manager does a better job.
