It’s a joke. They are cashless being a bank. You can’t get change from there.
Absolutely LOVEEE this bank in specific. Although there’s some things I don’t like about the company it’s self, this location has been the best experience I’ve ever had with this company. The worker was AMAZING! She helped me deposit a check and showed me about how I could deposit them from the app! She was so incredibly sweet and helpful!
I’m not really impressed with this branch at all. Pretty much for any cash transaction you have to drive to Moon Twp. I walked in with $100. All I needed was change. I do have an acct. Couldn’t get it. They want to direct you to an auto teller machine. It’s super annoying, and it REALLY sucks that this is the only branch in the area and can’t do standard service, and transactions.
My first and last time here. Was around the neighbor hood and decided I need to make a deposit but this was totally the wrong visit. I normally go to the bank at moon. All automated and there are a few representatives there but was very reluctant to help even thought I couldn’t make a deposit that was cash.
Helpful staff. Outdoor ATM.
