I've been banking with pnc for almost a decade. I've never needed them to do anything, but the one time I try to dispute a transaction, they make me call and text multiple times/days just to deny the dispute. This was the 1st and only time I've asked them for help, and I was denied. I'm going back to Chase. Why don’t these people answer the phone???? Called them twice yesterday and put my phone on speaker. It rang a solid 20mins both times! Ridiculous!
