To tell someone you’re closed with an unlocked door and teller not assisting anyone to lock the doors…not cool. The way it was said really not cool.
2/4/2026 I was in this bank to make a deposit and asked one of the most worthless tellers I’ve ever come across , HER NAME IS CHRIS , she is absolutely the rudest person , I ask to please use there restroom and she shook her head and said “we have to unlock it and your going to have to wait “ she was very cocky not to mention the look on her face was total disgust, like I just asked her to do some physical labor or something . They are always nice and helpful
I've been banking with pnc for almost a decade. I've never needed them to do anything, but the one time I try to dispute a transaction, they make me call and text multiple times/days just to deny the dispute. This was the 1st and only time I've asked them for help, and I was denied. I'm going back to Chase.
