I came in today with a horrible issue. A mobile deposit I made on 11/22 was not clear enough in the image, so PNC deducted the check amount today and cause me to be negative over -$700. I am a single mother and do not have a savings of money for a rainy day. So being in the negative the day before Thanksgiving means that we wouldn't be able to buy Thanksgiving dinner. Jasmine is the star at PNC bank in the entire state of Florida. She follows the internal protocols and cares about PNC clients. Somebody was impersonating me at her bank in Florida and the moment she suspected fraud (as soon as the impersonator left the drive thru) she called me on my cell phone and immediately sent a Be On the Look Out that there was somebody trying to cash a check who was impersonating me.
