My Dad & I have a joint account with PNC. I was added after my mom passed away in August of 2025. Yesterday I brought a check into the PSL Blvd. location to cash. It was a title refund from a prominent car dealership in Stuart. The amount is under $80.00. I gave the teller my debit card to find our account and all details needed. Came in recently to start a checking was helped by Mr.***** , he was friendly and super helpful, I wasn't able to set up online banking bc I could not receive the texts due to phone issue. Now I can receive texts and when I check the folder he gave me with my info no where has the account number. Without the account number I cant enroll for online access meaning I have to come bank to the branch just to get my account number bc they won't give it to you when you call the main number. The office called me and asked if the branch manager, Erin Garrison, could meet with me to discuss our business account. She then no-showed for the meeting. I called several days later to address this and had to leave a message. She failed to return my call.
