The staff were so friendly and helpful🫶 it made my day how nice they were!
Had a wonderful experience at this location. I had three things I needed to take care of and Adrian Clarkson and James Purley couldn’t have been more kind and helpful. I live in Savannah(where sadly there is no PNC), so I will continue to use this branch in Atlanta whenever here. I highly recommend this branch for its customer service and ease of use.
would consider banking with Chase. Account closure after years of being dedicated client and no reason or even a prior notice. Absolutely a declining customer service track. Definitely closing my business account with them.
Worst bank ever. Opened a credit card on 12/15. Was told by the person who opened my card that it would take 3-5 business days to receive my card. Called the branch to verify if my card was sent as I still did not have it. The young lady I spoke with was very rude and even hung up on me. I called the card department and was told my card was shipped on the 15th but she couldn't tell me where it was. Spoke to a manager who advised that my card had not been shipped at all.
